                     Retreat Highlights

Immerse yourself in  the yoga capital of the world, Tulum.

Take strolls through virgin sand-beaches, dive into a jungle river, SUP board in a lagoon, eat healthy food, and practice yoga and meditation away from it all, in a beautiful Shala built in the middle of organic vegetable gardens.

In this retreat, you will work on your blocks and learn self-healing techniques through meditation, breathwork, and an ancestral Cacao Ceremony.

You will learn to recognize and accept your limitations and to self-tune your body and mind to live in a state of

gratitude and well being.

It's happening, and we'd love you to be a part of it!
