Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation and Cacao Ceremony
AUGUST 17-22 2022
Immerse yourself in the yoga capital of the world, Tulum.
Take strolls through virgin sand-beaches, dive into a jungle river, SUP board in a lagoon, eat healthy food, and practice yoga and meditation away from it all, in a beautiful Shala built in the middle of organic vegetable gardens.
In this retreat, you will work on your blocks and learn self-healing techniques through meditation, breathwork, and an ancestral Cacao Ceremony.
You will learn to recognize and accept your limitations and to self-tune your body and mind to live in a state of
gratitude and well being.
It's happening, and we'd love you to be a part of it!
This retreat is for all people who are looking for a Yoga retreat that focuses on self-healing and self-tuning to find balance and a state of gratitude in life. Through a Breathwork session that involves deep work that enables healing through unblocking traumas, and a Cacao Ceremony that helps learn to focus when meditating, we will reach a state of wellness and gratitude that you will be able to take back home with you.
